Event Details

Please join the Climate Economy Action Center and other groups working on local climate issues -- for a 90-minute zoom.

The most important part about this call? It's you!

We'll briefly hear from six additional Addison County groups (5 minutes each) working on the local climate economy -- and then we're opening it up for an hour of discussion, questions, and brainstorming.

The purpose of this second event is to briefly describe our planned process to create a community-based Climate Action Plan (details here) -- and then hear your thoughts on how we can best proceed.

As with the first Roundtable, we expect attendance from agricultural, business, nonprofit, governmental, educational, and other leaders. (That first event, in February, drew over 60 participants.)

SAVE THE DATE: The online Roundtable will be from 4 - 5:30 p.m. on June 9. We'll send you details later about how to join the call.

  • CEAC Board of Directors: Steve Maier; Spence Putnam; Richard Hopkins; Sally Burrell, Diane Munroe, and Greg Dennis

PS — If you can't join us, please ask a member of your organization to attend. Questions? Email gregdennis814@gmail.com.
